Cafitesse rocks in Finland!

In April, we read all about the success story of the Cafitesse mobile trolley solution in Thailand: a breakthrough in the convention centres. In Finland, a new Cafitesse mobile solution – the so-called Cafitesse-on-Wheels – recently brought coffee (and music) lovers the great taste of good coffee.


Mobile coffee concept for large events

Rockfest – Finland’s biggest annual outdoor rock- and metal music festival – once again had Finnish music-lovers on their feet and dancing. Our convenient mobile solution,  Cafitesse-on-Wheels successfully brought great tasting coffee to festival and event visitors. Two Cafitesse-on-Wheels sales points were located in the main festival area and were an instant hit! Of the 12,507 cups of great-tasting coffee sold during the festival, no less than over 5,000 were purchased at the Cafitesse-on-Wheels sales points!


Selling it hot or cold

As temperatures rose over the four days that the festival took place, we saw a sharp increase in the sale of both iced and coffee varieties (cappuccino, espresso and café crème). Or were the rising sales due to visitors discovering the taste of Cafitesse and spreading the good news? Sales spiralled after Cafitesse had been posted on Instagram and Facebook! A much-heard comment was: "This is the best ice coffee I've ever tasted!"


Good coffee, great service

Rockfest visitors were thrilled to get great tasting coffee without having to wait in line (despite so many people purchasing our coffee). Festival visitors are used to getting bad coffee served slowly. No longer! Thanks to Cafitesse!


Cafitesse-on-Wheels’ success continues

Both organisers and visitors loved our Cafitesse tastes and fast service. Our partner in Finland got immediate bookings for festivals and events in July and August and is already planning for more festivals in 2020.
