In November of this year, we proudly announced that the Cafitesse factory in the Netherlands uses green electricity only. In order to boost sustainability awareness, we held a digital kick-off and sales training program for our local workers and staff in the Netherlands.
We used this news on green electricity to spark internal enthusiasm for Cafitesse and refresh full category training. Activation activities included a teaser film on Workplace as well as a countdown to the live launch of the system, a behind the scenes film and Q&A sessions.
The internal launch was a resounding success, with enthusiastic and proud associates, who can’t wait to spread the word!
We’ve also already received first customer reactions: ‘We are pleasantly surprised that coffee production is an important topic in Cafitesse’s full sustainability approach and CO2 reduction. Usually sustainability efforts are limited to certified beans.’
